If he was adjudicated guilty for that charge or has ever been adjudicated guilty of any criminal offense including a criminal traffic offense, he is ineligible for a sealing. He is completely ineligible for expungement because he "got a felony."

As long as you're not practicing medicine, treating patients or holding yourself out as a licensed doctor, I think you're OK. I have a Halloween costume with a white lab coat that says, Dr. Ben Dover and I wear scrubs underneath.

The decision to have her leave is not yours to make. It would be the landlords decision. If the tenant is paying rent timely and otherwise following the landlords rules I assume that the landlord is okay with the other tenant staying.

If you want to sue her, you will have to be able to prove that you were damaged (i.e.: lost money) by her conduct. Can you do that?

What the person needs to do is affirmatively assert fraud as a defense, if those facts can be proven. One needs an attorney who is experienced in foreclosure law and knows the mortgage industry.

Call the police department were the forgery occurred. If that does not work, you can also contact the State attorney's office to try to get them to file charges. It might not be that strong a case since it was your wife though.

2. Contact your creditors and those which accounts which were fraudulantly opened.

3. File an Identity Theft Affidavit with Experian, Transunion and Equifax.

4. Put an alert on your credit.
