Hello,
I ordered kitchen cabinets online from a dealer in another state. The first delivery (of 2) was supposed to be delivered with prior notice to my contractor. The freight company just dropped the pallets in front of the garage where they stayed for 2 days in constant rain. Nobody was... View More

It's clearly a negligence case. Meaning it is common sense that someone should be notified right away considering the possible rain. You should hire an attorney to write a demand letter.

No. "Truth in Lending" is a well-used financial phrase used to remind people that the government requires lenders to disclose all the interest, fees and other costs related to each lending transaction.
However, it does not apply to every kind of lender there is out there; for... View More

I had an issue with a torque converter and was told by 2 different mechanics that I might as well get a whole rebuilt transmission. In a matter of 2 weeks, I had to take my car to the mechanics 4 times. First to replace my bad transmission with a rebuilt one, then to service it, the to replace it... View More

You need to find a couple of experienced mechanics to give you expert opinions as to there has been any foul play. Let them put their opinions in writing. After that, you can bring it to a commercial litigation attorney for a consultation as to whether it pays to sue them.

A Florida attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for four weeks. It's difficult to say, based on this brief description. You should hire an attorney licensed in the state where the probate case is. Theoretically you could find an attorney near you who is also licensed in the state where the probate is. For example, I live and work in Tennessee and am also licensed in Arizona and California and three other states.

You have sent your inquiry to the wrong forum. This is a legal forum, not a medical one. Try googling for on-line medical or health forums.
I have videos and pictures of blood, urine and other horrific things found in my room upon checkin, but didnt know if this is enough to pursue a lawsuit. I also have receipts of having to purchase my own bedding and linen because they had none.

You can't sue for negligence if you cannot prove damages. The only damage I see is the price of the room. You should have protested when you got to the room.
How to go about pursuing it?

Contact the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Office. If the unit was paid for through a program that program should be notified .
You have a right to sue them and can sue them in small claims court.

If your improvement is a kit to upgrade the original product then you may be ok. Lots of details and nuances. Best bet is to talk... View More

If this is in Florida you apply for the name once the company has been administratively dissolved for 1 year. If you are not sure what to do you should get an attorney to help you with this process. The old company is able to reinstate their name for a fee and the late filing penalty, but not after... View More
