The owner. The bank doesn't care about who wrecked the car. The owner may want to sue the parents of the child who wrecked it for negligence, but be careful throwing stones in glass houses. The owner, whose child allegedly stole the car, may have some liability as well.

You need to talk to an attorney about filing for divorce. Eviction is not proper in this circumstance.

Talk to a local attorney. Attorney's are not familiar with forms because we draft our own pleadings. Talk to someone about representing you in an appeal, as this is a serious matter and can have far reaching consequences if you are placed on the registry.

A group home is for orphans, not some sort of punishment like jail. She's already probably too old to be adjudicated unruly. Her bigger problem is going to be getting a driver's license, a job, etc. Best of luck to her.

Take your order to an attorney to review with you. The language and context of this is very important. My instinct would be to say that the plain language of the document says it is up, but it sounds like there is more to this.
