Traffic school and a fine, hopefully. 26 over or greater is a suspension level ticket of your license if not handled properly.

Probably not as long as you appear Friday snd make arrangements to make some payments, everything should be fine.

Speeding in s school zone is a mandatory court appearance and not prepayable.
I really didn't have car insurance and I was truthful about that. I'm confused on whether or not I need to get it as well as fix my expired tags. I'm not sure if I need to fix all my citations since I'm losing my car anyway.

Yes. You need to get insurance before the court date even if losing your car to avoid a big fine in the no insurance. You can alway cancel it after court if the car is repoed.
that he didn't have insurance on the vehicle. I was served with papers in August of 2017; I wrote out a statement and filed with the court stating that I wasn't aware of the vehicle being uninsured. After that I didn't receive any further communication in regard to this matter. In... View More

You need to hire a lawyer to investigate this. If you filed an answer with the court, there should not be a civil judgment against you. You may be able to go back in and have that judgment set aside depending on what actually happened. Bankruptcy could be another option for you.
This the only ticket I have ever received. West Liberty KY

Yes. Just take all your proof with you snd those charges should be dismissed. Maybe they will divert or give you traffic school on your speeding g charge.
Fleeing and evading and resisting arrest because of a traffic stop at 4 in the morning based solely on unconfirmed insurance

Fleeing and evading is sufficient probable cause for you to be pulled over.
But my neighbor didn’t have a vehicle either. And someone hit me but I got the blame cause not having my license. I have an upcoming court date in March and I never been in trouble or had anything on my record at all. I don’t know what to do at my court date. I could plead guilty to not having... View More

In the state of Kentucky there are multiple reasons a license can be suspended. Failure to appear in court, failure to pay court fines, failure to pay child support etc. There may be something old that has your license suspended but if the Kentucky department of transportation says it is active... With the electronic copy. The registration was also expired but we have filed online for a renewal. What do I need to do to get this taken care of? I haven’t been pulled over in 2-3 years. No major offenses prior. Just a speeding ticket when in college.

Just get proof of insurance and registration snd take them to court with you. They will likely dismiss the no insurance and registration and divert the Speedo g ticket.

He will have to go to court bc of the no insurance charge to show proof, but 5 over likely be dismissed.

They usually issue a warrant for your arrest. $250 might cover the fine and court costs. It’ll be close.
The ticket is marked not prepayable. Does that mean I have to go to court or can I just go pay it if I take proof of insurance?

It varies county by county. Call the Dustrict Court Clerks Office for the county in which you got the ticket and inquire.

I have a court date but I’d prefer to try to get it taken care of before the court date. Is there a way i can do that?

You need to hire a lawyer. 26 over or greater is a suspension level ticket.
I rather just pay the citation off instead of attending the court date because I don’t believe I will be able to make it due to certain circumstances so is there anyway I could just pay the citation off or attend State Traffic School instead of attending court.

There must be other charges or circumstances bc 20 over is always prepayable.
