Q: I was a 1099 employee appointed with the company. ........

The upper lines put in surveillance cameras in the workplace. They claimed these cameras had no audio. But now, after leaving, I have determined they do have active audio. There are no signs or notices in the building about the audio surveillance. Is that legal?

If you were given exclusive use of the house or a protective order, yes he can be granted access with a deputy to remove his personal effects, clothes, separate property or items needed for work, pending divorce and partition.

Q: How do i get my mail? Or can i press charges against her for keeping my mail.

I moved out of a house my ex and I owned together. She's still there. Changed the locks. She filed some kind civil suit against me after i moved out. The house is now for sale. Atleast 1 check and possibly my state income taxes were mail to that house and in my name only.

Distribution of a Schedule III is a minimum of 1 year and maximum of 10 years in prison, with or without hard labor. See La. R.S. 40:968.

The law does not disriminate between being in her hand, on her shoulder, in a cart or on the front see of a car. But your attorney can make that defense.
