I'm assuming he was charged by the police. It is a mandatory reportable in that case, so I'd assume he reported it.

There is an outside possibility, in addition to the claim against his insurance, that there is a claim for crashworthiness depending on the circumstances. Contact a...

Your boyfriend is the only person who can correct this. He needs to speak with an attorney about how to reduce his child support or at the very least go to the self representation page of the Missouri Courts website to read about what he can do. Child support is ordered for the child, not the... View More

Generally a small town lawyer may handle the case better because you deal with them and their staff more closely. As to the bankruptcy, states have workers compensation funds that handle claims of companies that have declared bankruptcy.

If you have an attorney discuss it with them. If...

It may be that you are in a property that is uninhabitable. It may be that your lease requires the landlord to maintain the property. You need to speak to an attorney concerning the specific facts in your case.

Q: In Case 001-3912, I signed a written waiver of counsel form mandated by Mo.Rev.Stat. Section 600.051. However, Case

001-3912 was dismissed by nolle prosequi. Could the form I'd signed in Case 001-3912 constitute compliance with Section 600.051 for my subsequent Case 011-2189 and relieve the trial court from obtaining a new form pertinent to the new case?

Each case is its own case. Each case requires going through the same steps over and over again. The fact that you are asking this question suggests that you might not want to sign the form this time.

I doubt that the court will rely on a waiver in a different case for this case. That...

While this is a good question, it's important to follow up with an attorney in person. That attorney can discuss with you the importance of negligence, and your likelihood to prevail in a suit.

One thing that is considered when your case is evaluated is the possibility that you...

If the letter is from CMS then it should have a notice about a right to assert a waiver of overpayment. Your friend needs to contact the local Legal Services office.

You don't have a right to sunbathe in the nude that trumps the right of a property owner to build on their land whatever the zoning code allows. For instance if they want a two story or more building and it's OK by zoning, they could do that.

Why? You don't want to get back with an abuser. He is where he should be. Sorry, but it's up to his lawyer to try to get him out. Not your job. You apparently did what you could do but the evidence was such that he got put away. That should be a message to you.

Not clear --presumably if an individual is involved as a party they have an attorney. If they are merely a person who was a witness, no, but then whoever called you as a witness has an attorney.
