You need to retain an attorney before doing anything. A criminal defendant does not have the right to demand a change from state to federal court.
Civil suit under 1983 is a different legal action

It isn't clear from your question whether you have new charges or just a typo on your release papers. If you have new charges, the OR went automatically apply to the new charges if the judge only heard your earlier charges.

As a class III felony your looking at 0-4 years imprisonment and up to a $25,000 fine or both. There is also a period of post-supervision.
