Q: A teenager molested a child for three years straight 6 years ago, Is there hope to get justice for that now? Arizona.

Unless the crime committed against you meets the criteria to be considered a rape, the statute of limitations has run on your case and charges may not be filed. Q: My father has been served an injunction of harassment from his neighbor that is completely made up. What type of law is?

Plaintiff and defendant are neighbors not in a relationship. the plaintiff is bullying my father who is 70 years old and under medical care. I'm afraid for his health.

You would want a witness there but should not get into any argument. If the other person says something just say "I disagree " if you disagree, don't go off on them.

Yes, this is illegal if the company employs 15 or more workers. Small companies, with less than 15 employees, are not subject to federal employment laws.
