Q: My daughter was misdiagnosed as just being obese thus having a fat cyst when it was actually an 8cm tumor. Actionable?

She ended up having a part of her reproductive system removed as a result of this misdiagnosis from the surgeon but the time OBGYN caught it. We knew it was a tumor when we had the appointment from the ER, went there for a consult for surgery.

It may be malpractice. Medical malpractice means that a doctor violated the standard of care. A bad outcome is not enough. Another doctor would be needed to evaluate what the doctors did. Consult with experienced attorneys in the state where this occurred.

Q: Is it legal to put my assets in my girlfriends name if I anticipate being sued in the future?

This would include my biweekly paychecks, current bank account, car insurance, and vehicle. I have not been sued yet, but anticipate it happening in the next 3 years. Would it be legal for me to transfer all these assets, to get them out of my name, prior to any lawsuit being filed?

This sounds like fraudulent conveyances. I believe you can be sued for doing this with the knowledge that you are likely to be sued. I would consult an attorney who can analyze all the facts of your particular situation.
