Q: Is company under Regulation A+ going Nasdaq required file form S-1 in addition form 1-A and form 8-A?

According to Otcmarket (http://www.otcmarkets.com/) REGULATION A+ ON RAMP GUIDE TO OTCQB, company under Regulation A+ no need filling form S-1. But if such company going exchange like Nasdaq or NYSE by IPO, are they required file form S-1 in addition form 1-A, form 8-A? Thank you.
