Q: I can't get answers from a insurance company who customer destroyed my porch ,etc. 3 weeks ago should I get a lawyer?

They have already sent in two adjusters and all I keep getting them to tell me is they havn't received papers from them yet . not only did my 31 ft. porch collapse but it done something to my foundation under my living room

After the accident, I signed a page from the principal the next day that the meeting took place. Two weeks later my contract was nonrenewed. Can I sue.

Q: How do you deal with a request for a refund from a dental patient who is not satisfied with you services when?

Many times patients request refunds because they don't like how something looks or feels. This is very subjective. If the work was done to the standard of care how do you deal with this. Patients sometimes use state boards as a means to extort money from practitioners. How do you avoid this?

Q: I bought candies from grocery store. After I ate it I found bugs on it. I was sick. Is the store responsible for it?

I tired to go communicate but they told me to go find manufactor industry. I recorded what they said and I still got that candy with bugs. They were in bad manner and they totally denied everything.
