Sounds like the school is being overly concerned about this particular dress code. Three or four fingers above the knee - a far cry from miniskirts - should not present a problem.

Q: my girlfriend has a house and wants me to move in which is better being added to the deed or a cohabitation agreement?

I live in New York. My girlfriend is still paying on the home. She suggested a cohabitation agreement but will that stand in court if for some reason the relationship fails and protect me from just being thrown out?

Other than attorneys and title insurance companies, I am not familiar with other types of escrow accounts. In addition to escrow, you will necessarily need written agreement regarding the operation of the escrow.

It may or may not be enforceable, depending upon if it is deemed to be reasonable in time and radius restrictions. To avoid a lawsuit, have counsel contact your former employer and try to get consent.
