They are different. The best way is to ask for a copy of what it is they'd want you to sign on to.

Unless the vehicle's equipment somehow played a role in the crash, no. They are not related issues. Feel free to call if you have questions about your rights.

Q: Are there any circumstances where a jail sentence may be changed or pardoned for serious medical issues

you can ask for a pardon for any number of reasons, but it is very difficult and lengthy. There is no "automatic" pardon for a certain illness. As to getting a reduction in sentence I do not believe so. The best source would be the Pa. Civil Liberties Union prison rights project.

Usually is. Reporting depends on the bail conditions. You should report it via the victim assistance coordinator at the DA's office or if you have an ADA assigned, report it to them.

He felt he was doing you a favor as hit and run is at least a misdemeanor, and can be a felony. It's very serious.

You have to look at the section. If it's a stop sign violation those are no points for the first offense. If it was a control signal, that is points but it's not...

I agree with Mr. Belt but instead of demanding a meeting, I'd do it a little less in their face, and say tell them as you seem to not be getting calls back you want an appointment where you can sit down with the attorney, you realize they are busy but offer to meet them some evening or weekend.

Q: If my brother died by suicide while on probation and in treatment, can we sue them for emotional damages?

They exacted a warrant illegally on my parents house, took kids with no cause, and convicted my mom and brother. Even though my brother admitted to all in the house, they still charged my mom n convicted her under coersion.

This would be a tough case for a number of reasons dealing with proof, showing the cause was that and not an underlying issue. Suggest you contact the Wyoming Civil Liberties Union, ask for their prison rights group, ask them for the names of some of their "cooperating attorneys." Those... View More

If you wanted to do anything as to the attorney your time ran two years ago (assuming the trial was four years ago). You can file for unemployment, and contest the firing but you may likely not win. Using an N95 mask protects you and others. Vaccine likewise. I don't see anyone succeeding but that's just my opinion. As a heads up, expect no sympathy from the court, or anyone for that matter.
