Usually when I am in court and that subject comes up, I talk to the Judge about my client's schedule and negotiate an agreement that my client does his/her days when the work schedule does not conflict. You can go to court and drop the charges. The D.A.'s office will probably listen to you so long as you don't refile; however, they may require you to go to court several times before it is over.

You should consult with a local criminal defense attorney to help you with the matter.
We have had only one C-Suite executive in place for past 6 months. I relocated for this job because of the culture and the leadership and now the leadership is nearly all gone. Isn't the company breaking it's side of the agreement in not providing a stable work environment?

I don't think that you have any recourse. Tennessee is an Employment-at-Will State, and they are not doing anything illegal.
He is being charged with aggravated assault. What legal recourse do I have?

That is your legal recourse. If someone commits a criminal act against you, you file a charge against them. At that point, you are the victim and will be required to show up in criminal court for testimony.

You can obtain an Order of Protection two (2) ways. You can go to the police department and fill out the paperwork to get one, or you can go to the courthouse and get one from the court.

Yes. Disability does not entitle you to break the law, and they will issue warrants for your arrest if you don't pay fines and costs. You may be able to work out a payment plan.

This area of the law is very difficult and highly specialized. I would consult with a local employment discrimination attorney. He or she will know whether and how to position the case with the EEOC, the Tennessee Human Rights Commission or the Court system.

The category of your question, to me, falls into the question of whistleblowing. Whistleblowing is a charge if you are alerting and/or turning in your present employer for something that they are doing that is illegal. My advice to you is to consult with local legal counsel about the situation.

If I understand the question correctly, the driver would be an employee or on a contractual basis with the valet company. I believe that the answer to the question demands an understanding of their employment agreement and/or contract. It should spell out who is responsible for damages.
