If you are not at fault and did not have auto insurance you can still make a claim but it is under Prop 213 for injuries, medical, loss wages and property damage. Call attorneys to help you and ask if they take Prop 213 cases.

Q: under duress, I was forced to hand over my vape pen to officer Hern. I was the passenger of my fiancé’s vehicle.

Went to IA twice. This officer has done numerous things to numerous people. I have never been pulled over or had negative encounters with others in this county. Just him. He’s harassed my fiancé & myself since I flipped him off the day of the valley fire.

You may wish to go to the police department and ask to speak the watch commander to file a complaint in writing against the officer.

If it is not written by you and submitted - nothing will happen and no action will be taken. They will try to talk you out of making a formal complaint.

Good Luck

Q: If a warrant is issued for 496d/pc and bail is 50,000 then How much time is the person looking at?

Is there any other options besides time? Will they serve 100% or less ?

Alexander Bakhache Perez
Alexander Bakhache Perez answered on May 2, 2019

Prior record would be considered - is a major factor. If you are going to pay bail, hiring an attorney may be able to save you some money and obtain a reduction to the bail, also some bail companies give an additional discount when working with some attorneys.
