Yes, you are not a single person, unless the deed is DATED after the decree, which it could be. The decree will be included in the abstract of title. The banker is wrong in requesting this. Both should sign the qcd to him.

Yes they can add kids, but as custodian your insurance will remain primary. The extra coverage should eliminate any co-pay.

No, she is divorced. Contact his lawyer in writing to get the "Decree of Dissolution" filed. Keep a copy.
If that doesn't work, write the judge, detailing your contact with the lawyer, and his response, if any. Good luck.

Sorry I didn't see your question last year when you originally asked it. If not resolved, hire a lawyer in your home county to file a paternity action. If you just can't afford it, get help from DHS. I really hope you have already done something to get help with this.
