Q: Is a property owner liable for accident with brick mailbox

My daughter was struck in head by mailbox brick.

This depends upon several factors, not the least of which is the event that caused your daughter's head to come into contact with the mailbox.

Q: My daughter is fighting with insurance company home owner. She was or still is a victim of theft vandalism on her home

Now they put her in motel for over two months. When she went to extend. Her stay the hotel said no because she had damaged to room. So now the insurance company say they will not get her any where to stay. She has six kids now no where to live on street

They may have a duty to reimburse her; they certainly have no duty to find a place for her. Has she contacted the red cross?

Also, if the state has a crime victims compensation act that may help.

Q: If you just discover a possible medical injury that was overlooked, can you bypass statute of limitations? A loop hole?

My son has severe non verbal autism. He was vaccinated while fighting a virus called RSV. Knowingly by his pediatrician.

Q: I have a blocked savings account and I wanna know when I'm gonna be able to touch my money?

My mom died when I was five and I've got money ever since. I got money out before but I my dad had to go through the court to get it approved. I'm just wondering when I'm able to touch it fully.

Depends on the terms of the court order setting up the account. Some pay it out when the person is 21 or 25 or 30 so they won't blow the money on a car or other things.

Typically, the lawsuit must be brought in the State where the crash took place. You may be best served by having one attorney local and another attorney in the State where the crash took place to work together and coordinate efforts.

Q: I am having a hard time finding a lawyer. My daughter got a throat infection due to tommy tippee sippy cup being moldy.

Unfortunately bringing the case is way more expensive than what you'd be likely to get. If every lawyer contacted --sounds like several--says no, then it's no. You can try to take whoever is responsible to small claims but they would need a letter saying it was the mold and nothing else.... View More

Where is the proof? There is not a cause of action for lying that I know of. What are the damages? The stress? Go have a full discussion with an attorney. There might be a cause of action for intentional infliction of emotional distress available.
