Q: Does incomplete or invalid information such as address invalidate a restraining order?

My ex had her friend serve me with a restraining order, but address line is not filled out, and some other information is incorrect or invalid. Also I was given nothing to sign upon service. Does this make it invalid?

Home videos shows no such contact.And due to a 7 year old fabricating the story iam now facing 6 plus years due to me already being on parole for a violent crime.Is the person allowed to drop all charges against me based on the child lying?

however, if police have been called you can check with the DA's office to check the status.

some offices have a victims coordination section or you can check with the filling deputy or the person who answers to check on the status.

Q: in jail for corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant and domestic violence bail was 25,000 for 1st and 20,000 for 2nd.

Charges changed to corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant and bail went up to 100,000. Is this excessive?

unless the judge orders/approves........NO

have your lawyer put the matter back on the calendar for a modification of your sentence. Maybe having your lawyer talk to the deputy DA first to explain your circumstances.

Yes. The Parole Officer is in charge of the remainder of the sentence and can set conditions.

Call the police. Depending on who abused and raped you, you might also have a civil lawsuit. Talk to a PI attorney after you talk to the police.
