You would collect the money for the mopeds from the at-fault driver's insurance and or your father's comprehensive coverage.

Q: I've bought a used car and the next day the transmission stops. Anything legal I can do? I purchased as is but one day?

Warranty doesn't cover the issue and salesman is not helpful at all

If the warranty covers drive train it should. You want to find out what the problem was. If it'something they have to know about, then you can go after them. File a complaint with better business bureau, with the attorney General;s office of consumer affairs.

Q: When a case is in settlement discussions what does that mean?

A friend of mine has a case against a manufacturer because she was hurt and she asked how her case was going and the secretary responded with the case is in settlement discussions but she is not sure what that means. I hate to tell her something and it be totally different.

Depends on the situation. Means ususally that there are calls back and forth, and the pace is dictated by the parties willingness to cut to the chase. Q: I am presently taking leuprolide( leupron) and believe this is why I am insomniac do I have a case?
