I'm sorry about what your pet is going through. You'll need to search online for information about the case, and contact the administrator or one of the managing attorneys. If an attorney is handling your current case on an individual basis, first discuss with them and let them know about... View More
Is it legal or ethical for an attorney to act as counsel for a business chain while also assisting in executive management and being married to the founder, if the business is involved in illicit product sales? I had a timing repair done, and the dealer installed OEM parts covered by a parts warranty. However, just 4,000 miles later, one of these parts failed and caused significant engine damage, requiring the entire engine to be replaced. The dealer acknowledged the faulty part's role in the damage... View More

It sounds like you’ve been dealing with a frustrating situation, and it’s clear that the faulty part played a major role in the engine damage. Since the dealer installed the OEM part under warranty, and they’ve acknowledged the part’s failure, they could be held responsible for the damage... View More

A local attorney should be able to advise on the best and safest way to handle this, which could involve figuring out a way to let them have the property and being done with it. Good luck

Law firms handling cases for the shampoo you used could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. With product liability cases, law firms often hold themselves out for the specific products they handle. You could search online for product liability law firms (the Find-a-Lawyer tab... View More
How can I go about getting money for my damaged property.

You would collect the money for the mopeds from the at-fault driver's insurance and or your father's comprehensive coverage.

A South Carolina attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for four weeks. With some violations, intent is not a required element. I want to be released from current attorney and hire a new attorney. I signed a retainer agreement but no longer owe the attorney any money. Can I send the current attorney a letter of release or do I have to go through the courts and do a motion to be released?

Ask the new attorney how it is best handled. You need to ask for your file, and you may discharge them.
Warranty doesn't cover the issue and salesman is not helpful at all

If the warranty covers drive train it should. You want to find out what the problem was. If it'something they have to know about, then you can go after them. File a complaint with better business bureau, with the attorney General;s office of consumer affairs.

I assume you mean Lupron. If that is the case, I haven't seen any cases where depression, anxiety, insomnia is one of the side effects. More importantly to your concern is that you should report this to your doctor(s) if you haven't already. There more than likely will be an... View More
