You may need to consult with an attorney as apparently your bank is wanting to prosecute you, and any forgery... View More

A/B Felonies do not get diverted. Get a full time job, new phone number & phone, and stay out of trouble. Try to hire your own lawyer. Get ready for a rigorous Preliminary Hearing. Do not talk about this to anyone but your lawyer.
I've been making that statement for years, but I'm guessing I should know what I can and can't do. If there is a telemarketer/company rep/spam call and have hung up on them more than 1-2 times, I will notify them that I will file harassment charges if they continue to call me. So... View More

In Tennessee, the laws regarding harassment typically apply to behavior that involves threats, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact that causes emotional distress. When it comes to telemarketers or companies continuously calling, this can be a nuisance, but it may not always meet the legal... View More

In Tennessee, whether you can be arrested for breach of trust regarding a vehicle depends on the specific circumstances. If the car is registered in your ex's name, they are legally recognized as the owner, even if you have been making the payments.

It just sounds like an advertisement.
I've been sent threatening messages from the same person through different accounts and they have made fake accounts just to be able to send these messages to me. Does it still count towards harassment even though it's fake accounts and names?

It sounds like the fraternity is a voluntary non-profit organization. In the U.S. we enjoy what is called freedom of contract, which allows us to make agreements for all kinds of things. Sometimes agreements can't be enforced (even if you sign them). What the document is describing sounds... View More
DCS said a subpoena was signed by me to notify me of court. I had no idea about court & lost custody by default for FTA. No child abuse or neglect alleged or found on me, no failed drug screens by me, no misdemeanor it felony charges by me, how can they just take my children from me?
answered on Oct 26, 2015
