Well, depending on the specifics of the claim, there might only be 2 "property damage" firms in all of Washington. I don't believe either is on any of the attorney matching sites. I'd google "property damage attorney Washington" and look at the first organic result.

Hi, sorry to hear. Yes the State can charge you with DUI after releasing you. Washington State has two years to file charges for a gross misdemeanor such as DUI.

Q: My car accident claim was denied, as moving the car safely out of traffic apparently caused the engine to be damaged.

Q: My sister was in an car accident 3 days ago with my 2 month old niece in the car. The airbag did not deploy.

She fractured her back and had surgery yesterday. She has a plate in her back now next to her spine. I found out that there was a recall on her car for the airbags. Can she and should she sue. My niece is alright and was released from the hospital to my mom.
