You question is not sufficiently clear because you don't say what the Court ruled in its order or how the order affects you personally.
The problem is that my son doesn't even have a driver license or Florida I'd. And he didn't get that ticket, we check public records and in fact the ticket exists my son is afraid that when he decides to get his driver license he might get in trouble what can we do. Thank you

He can pay the $23 reinstatement fee and request a hearing. I am sure that he never received the notice but he will need to pay in order to make sure that his license does not go into suspension.

Did you think that going to school would get the ticket off of your record? If doing so in fact would do that, and I have my doubts, did you submit proof of taking the course to the appropriate agency?
