Q: My husband and I live in a mobile home on his parents property. We own our home but not the land. Can we be evicted?

You can file a law suit alleging slander. You will have to prove the teacher made an untrue statement and you suffered damages as a result. If you are in fact under investigation, that fact is true.

Q: I had a false claim reported against me to DFACS in Gwinnett county. Case is closed, but want to know legal rights.
