The short answer is no. The property was purchased prior to the relationship and was the sole property of the person purchasing it. It is not marital property, since there was no marriage.

You need to make an appointment with a lawyer in your area as quickly as possible. Bring a copy of the POA if you have one. Bring any proof you have regarding the felony you say the holder of the power of attorney has.
