Q: I was injured at work and I filed a suit against my employer. I had been on my job 5 1/2 years with a good work record.

If he files a case it would in all likelihood be in the County court for the county where the grainmill is located. Go to the clerk's office and they can look it up.

Q: Does Tricare have a right to uninsured motorist money since that would make it 1st person after 3 years?

Tricare may have a valid lien. It is worth looking in to. Often these liens can be negotiated by an attorney which could mean more settlement proceeds being paid to you. Consult an attorney.
