Q: My lease will expire April 15 , I did ask my landlord to stay until June 15 , she can raise 25% rent for 2 months?

My rent now is 1,950

She ask 5k for 2 months and pay up front

April 1. She can do that ?

Unless there are rent control laws in your municipality, once the lease ends, the Landlord may change the terms of the lease. Your options is either to agree to the rent requested, attempt to negotiate a more reasonable rent, or move out.

Q: I committed a felony for the first time ever, I have no criminal record at all. It was a third degree, and I'm a minor

I am 16

What may be the outcome? If I am charged.

The company said if I pay back the money that will be the end. It was a civil demand letter to be exact. They said they will not press charges or get the cops involved but I just want to know what can happen.

Are attorneys able to get an audio of a court hearing that they're involved in fairly quickly?

Yes, absolutely. For a $10 fee, it is quite simple to obtain audio of a Court proceeding. The audio file is usually provided by the Court within a couple days.

Everything depends on the facts of your case such as were you put in a room and questioned for 16 hours probably yes. Were you put in a room for 2 hours and signed a Miranda Form probably not, but everything is up to the judge.

You need a personal injury lawyer and you should have your lawyer subpoena the video it is not the responsibility of the police to do this for you.

Q: Can I withdraw my guilty plea of eluding police (car chase) if I fired my lawyer due to misrepresentation?

My ex-lawyer advised me to plead guilty to get into drug court (Zanex) because he said, "everyone gets into drug court once"!

So under his advisement, I pleaded guilty.

Also lack of urgency by my lawyer to obtain video tape of police assault and lack of obtaining Police video/audio CAM.
