Q: I’m being sued for $12,000 for a car accident that was legally my fault. Would I be able to file bankruptcy?

It depends on the cause of the accident. Don't answer that in this thread. You'll need to sit with an attorney to discuss what happened in order to see whether the debt to be incurred would be dischargeable in a bankruptcy.

Q: Ok at work there is the row of parking a small drive behind them I lightly bumped a car parked on drive.

It clearly says no parking all along the drive yet they parked rite behind me so when I backed up I looked left and right but not behind me because no1 should be there. Isn’t the illegally parked car owner partially at fault for parking behind spots illegally?

I am sorry you had this experience. When you are struck from behind and pushed into the car in front of you, you are generally not at fault. At the first court date, your son will be given the opportunity to enter a plea. If he cannot afford an attorney, he can also ask the court to appoint one. To challenge the charges, a not-guilty plea would need to be entered....

Q: My son was in accident and at fault. He had no insurance. On the ticket they put the wrong first name.

Will he have to show proof of insurance in court or will it be thrown out? There were no injuries but both cars totaled. The ticket said the offense was "stop sign". It also says he does not need to appear in person. Can this be thrown out without showing proof of insurance?
