Get an estimate and have it paid for by farmer or his insurance. Or if you have collision run it through yours and they can,,,,, call farmers (as it were)(sorry).

Q: My surgeon admitted fault in cervical fusion. Some symptoms have presented as a result of the error. Where to start?

CT scan revealed that 1 screw was accidentally placed in the middle of the transverse foramen of C1 vertebrae causing pinching and possibly more to the verterbral artery. The surgeon seems reluctant to do anything about it, which is unsettling.

You have the right to walk away from him and get him out of your life. It is probably not worth the time or effort of trying to get the $100 back.

Q: Yes I need advice on what to do. I have a Workman's comp. Case on going. But I think my lawyers are not doing right.

The Dr. my lawyer sent me to did not do a complete examination on my injury and only turned in a small part of my injury. My lawyer is acting like he is not worried about it. And has also advised me to go to work. What should I do?

Talk to your lawyer again about this issue, and ask him to explain why he is not concerned. If not satisfied, take copies of everything you have, and visit with another comp attorney.

It is not, however you should contact the other party to advise they have no consent to access your private accounts. You should also seek to protect those accounts. Should those accounts be accessed, it can constitute an illegal “hacking,” and you should file a police report immediately.

Q: I work at a facility that give sign-on bonuses can they legally take my bonus from me if I was injured on the job?

I have an ongoing workman's comp case which requires physical therapy under care of a Orthopedic Dr. My Employer said since I missed work (have medical forms stating I could not work) that I will not receive my bonus.

You need to speak with a personal injury attorney ASAP. Your attorney can help determine whether you're receiving fair compensation for your injuries. As a general rule, represented persons receive more compensation that unrepresented persons.

Just tell the police it's not true. They can't arrest you without a warrant, and no prosecutor is likely to file this. So, don't worry.

Q: Is Oklahoma a diminished value state?

She may be entitled to Workers Compensation and/or claims against the dogs' owners. She should seek out an attorney who handles comp & personal injury claims.

Depends on the nature of your injury. It's only been less than a year, and if they are arguing you had a preexisting condition--as they do in nearly every case short of amputation--yes, that can take that long.I'm assuming you have an attorney. If not you need to get one.

Not if in the judgement of the doctor it was medically appropriate. DNR doesn't mean don't do squat. It means if there is a situation where recussitation merely prolongs brain dead life (or other qualification) don't resucitate)
