Q: Can I sue a Dr. for missing a diagnosis that caused my son to be preterm and complications during pregnancy?

My son was born preterm, with complications in 2016. I was recently diagnosed (by a different Dr. in 2023) with a heart shaped uterus-very rare and I should’ve been high risk during my entire pregnancy-but was never told this.
