I'm asking for a 94 year old mother who wants to be able to see her son. He came to USA when he was a young boy from Scotland. He is at Snake River Correctional Institution, Ontario, OR however, I live in Seattle, WA.

When an inmate completes a 15-year sentence, the possibility of visiting their mother before deportation depends on immigration status, legal restrictions, and logistical considerations. Consulting an immigration attorney specializing in deportation and family visitation rights is recommended for... View More

Like anyone else, a police officer is free to ask whatever questions he wants.
But…and this is very important…in almost every situation, you have no obligation to answer.
My ex kicked me and I grabbed the back of neck and moved her out of my way so I could leave,I immediately called 911 and explained what happened and where to find me. A long history of her having disorderly interactions with police and false accusations proven time after time. I've contacted... View More

The first thing I would need to know before I can answer this question is: When you were in front of the Judge for sentencing were you nice and compliant with the system, Judge, prosecutor and your attorney or were you a pain in the butt?
It was locked and i gained access to it and tried all other means for help i could think of. Only charged with Unlawful possession of a firearm and nothing else. Cop justified the shooting of the cow.

I am sorry but NO you can not possess a firearm for any reason. Make sure you follow the law so that you don't get charged with an offense that can be avoided by just remembering that your past actions have consequences.
Have a great day

Are you charged with a crime? Possession of a firearm? Something like that ?
Did you mention any of this to the officer?
Where was it found? How was it found?
Do you have your gun rights revoked so that it is a major charge against you for having the gun?
answered on Jan 9, 2023
Are you incarcerated because of a pending charge against you unrelated to the issue that you are a witness of?
Do you have an attorney? If not are you going to hire private counsel OR ask for the appointment of an attorney by the court to represent you?

I don't understand your question completely and I need context. Is there someone that is being held in jail or at a state mental facility due to a criminal offense in the State of WA
Never been in trouble before I don't know how to proceed

I am an attorney here in Moses Lake WA, some 3 hours away from Seattle. I am not sure what county your charge is in but you need an attorney. If you can't afford to hire a private attorney ask the court to appoint you one. If your not eligible for the appointment of an attorney by the court... View More
A year ago I called the police because my ex had assaulted me but they didn't find probable cause. Now I know there's a witness can I go and refile a police report? The witness is a minor, will this change the outcome? Is it worth the trouble of trying to press charges?

You need to ask for the court to appoint you an attorney because you are charged with a criminal offense of Theft of a motor vehicle it sounds like. OR if you can hire your own private attorney OR if the court says that you have to hire your own attorney DO IT.

Sounds like you are alleged victim of an assault case and you would like to inform the prosecutor of some change or something different. Now they wanna charge me with a Duii after they already released me can they do that
answered on Sep 27, 2022
Hi, sorry to hear. Yes the State can charge you with DUI after releasing you. Washington State has two years to file charges for a gross misdemeanor such as DUI.
If I'm stopped by police here in Utah will they extradite me back to wa state
answered on Sep 26, 2022
For a felony warrant it is possible. Not guaranteed
You should contact an attorney in that county (or in WA State) and get something started before you get picked up and maybe a court date can be set and an appearance done so that you don't have to START the process in jail. That is my advise.

Talk to your lawyer to confirm, but with those facts it sounds like they can be included in a single deferred prosecution. "Separate offenses committed more than seven days apart may not be consolidated in a single program." RCW 10.05.010.
