You have a cause of action for breach of contract. You can start with a demand letter and hope to get into a negotiation.

I do not think you can adjust your status if you entered via Visa Waiver Program. You will have to go through consulting proceeding to receive your permanent residence status after your I-130 is approved.

Whether it is ethical or it is breach of contract, you must revisit the agreement you signed with the school when you first enrolled. You should bring a copy of the agreement and consult an experienced contract attorney.

I have never seen an USCIS policy mentioned 18 years old or emancipated 16 or younger. It is likely emancipation will not affect your immigration application. However, you should retain an immigration attorney for yourself and consult with more details.

You should fill out I-130 and answer all of the questions pertinent to your Dad's marriage truthfully. Your Mom's death certificate is not required as initial supporting document.

A mark that is primarily merely a surname is not registrable. Branco is a surname. If it has no other distinctive meaning other than being a surname, the application to register it as trademark will be denied.
