Q: Is an 11 yr old who lives in Fl able to decide to see her dad when her mom won't allow it & refuses to work out custody

Are they divorced? Is there any parental plan agreement? if there is one, the father can go to court to apply for a court order to enforce the agreement. If there is not, the father should also go to court to ask for an order to enforce visitation.

"My lease is for another 24 months" -- this statement needs to be backed up by an enforceable written copy of lease. If you do not have a written lease that stipulates termination date to be in 24 months since the signing, what is enforceable is a monthly lease and can be terminated... View More

Q: My ex wife in Florida won't get my 12 year old son vaccinated. His 17 year old brother just died from COVID last month.

You should review your parental plan which was incorporated into divorce decree. If it stipulates joint decisions on significant matters, you may move the court to enforce the plan, i.e, ask the court to order her to have your son vaccinated.
