It is pretty much a standard protocol to handle the issues after the interview by advising the applicant that a decision cannot be made at this time. The officer may confer with her supervisor before rendering a decision since the new information was introduced in the case. Be as it may, it’s not... View More

You have begun to contemplate your legal options too late: each time you faced these traffic and and criminal charges you should have examined your potential exposure to your driving privilege interruption in 2008 and twice in 2014.

If Illinois is telling you that you had a CDL until 2015,...

I deliver packages and I get paid hourly 12pm to around 8pm. Usually I don’t take a break so I can finish earlier as it takes longer delivering in the dark. Your employer has a valid point: you have to take a break pursuant to the state labor and employment laws because if you do not (for any reason) that the employer may be accused (even by you) of violations of the state employment law, not to mention civil liability stemming from that violation.

Any income qualifies to sponsor a foreign national spouse.

However it’s usually done by a tax return filed, paystubs, or other provable means of income. One a month of delivering food would not be sufficient.

Your state DUI charge will affect your pending asylum case in one aspect definitely: even if the AO decides to grant your asylum, ( that is the most optimistic scenario) that decision will be delayed by the AO until the state DUI supervision is terminated successfully.
