You may want to contact the police department. Perhaps are warning or citation may be appropriate. Of course, we don't know what you mean by "continuously." I doubt it's 24 hours a day or even 9 to 5.

Yes, if "someone is saying [you are] a child abuse and [you] have no case like that" you can sue them. Whether you have a viable case is unknown. There are many factors that need to be considered if it is worth it. It will be expensive, so you will need money to begin.

It certainly seems odd the specific prosecuting attorney assigned to your specific case is married to the principal. It could have been easily be assigned to another attorney in the DA's office. Did the principal testify or provide any evidence?

Unfortunately, you don't provide nearly enough information to determine whether you can get custody of your 13 & 17 yr old. Ten years is a long time. Unless your mother is willing to consent, you will likely need to convince a judge. I suggest you start by looking into termination of... View More

I’ve read that warrants will state if it’s extraditable or not . If I’m in California but have a New England warrant for a misdemeanor like dui, shoplifting , disorderly conducts etc would I be arrested in California or only if I enter the state with the warrant .

You may want to repost this in the state where the warrant was issued. Once you are arrested in California or else where, that state is paying the bill.

I apologize, but I am not entirely sure what type of relationship you are describing. Your description would include many different scenarios. Most importantly would be any contractual obligations of the parties. I have no doubt the subsidiary has options, but I don't know what may be the best one.

Q: I received a hands-free citation for $275. According to MN state statute 169.475 I should receive a warning. Correct?

Can you please help me interpret the wireless communications device statute? What I see is that I am supposed to first receive a warning and the second or subsequent time a $275 fine.

The statute provides "a person who violates paragraph (a) a second or subsequent time must pay a fine of $275." It does not express a warning is required for a first violation. One can infer the fine should be less than $275.

You do not have to have that verbiage in your proposal. Likewise, they do not need to accept your proposal. Unfortunately, without a better understanding of the situation, I don't know what leverage you have in negotiating.
