If you plead guilty to them in 2021, you should be able to expunge them from your record in 2026.

Depends. Generally, suit can be filed on an auto accident case in Kentucky within 2 years from the date of the accident or within 2 years of the last PIP payment, whichever is later. So, depending on the date of the last PIP payment to her for her injuries, she may or may not be able to bri g the... View More

Obviously it is never advisable that you settle your case without a lawyer. In some circumstances in Kentucky you may be liable. Did you already remove it from your car insurance?
I noticed that they were standing outside of their car talking, so I decided to wait for them to get in their car and leave, to be safe. I watched them pull out, I then adjusted my mirrors to see if I could see them and I looked out the back window and didn't see them so I pulled out. She said... View More

Unfortunately, sounds like you may be at fault if you were the only car moving.
I was in a accident 3 weeks, but I haven't been to the Dr yet. Can I still bring suit against the insured policy holder?

Does the prosecutor get accident reports? And if so why no warrant or citation?
answered on Dec 4, 2021
The warrant and/or citation could still come. They could still be investigating. Hopefully, the prosecutor doesn’t see your post since you just admitted to driving under the influence in it. Might be a good idea to take it down before anyone else sees it.
The cop said i was at fault but I have witnesses stating it was not. I had a arrow in the left lane and the other driver blew through the red light and also didn't have her headlights on at 8:30 p.m. I didn't see her when I started to turn and she hit me.

If you were injured you should speak with an injury lawyer. Not having insurance does not conclusively establish your negligence or fault. Having credible witnesses is very important.
I was rear ended yesterday and the driver did not speak English so no one knows if he had insurance

Several options may be available to you. A. Try to locate the insurance on the guy that hit you, B. Check your own coverage for uninsured motorist coverage. I say definitely worth exploring if you are injured. Speak with a lawyer.
