You definitely need an attorney to clean this up. There are several things you can possibly do but first you need the bench warrant set aside and a new court date.
To get charges off is it better for us to try to get his case dismissed and he has a public defender but his not doing much and he also has a restraining order its a domestic violence case

I would think you will have a tough time getting that reheard but it will be up to the judge. As long as you have no new offenses and are compliant in all other respects, you should be fine but I would make some regular payment, even if minimal, towards the fee.
