There is certain statutory provisions in Oklahoma that must be followed before DHS records are made available in any case. You will need to hire an attorney familiar with DHS proceedings to represent you to file the necessary motion to have those records made available.

Q: My now 18 year old son is facing burglary II, mal. Des/inj property and conceling stolen property.

Yes, they can. Have you checked with the Grove City Clerk on the ordinances? They are required to be filed in the County law library in Jay.

Probably not. If there were serious injuries to the other person, a juvenile case could be started. If so You should consult an experienced Family Law Attorney, in your area, for help with this problem.

Ask your friend to Call DHS in Pryor for help with this. They can get your friend to a safe place. If your parents approve, it might be your home.

You should again read your Sentence and Probation papers. You probably will be discharged then. You also should talk to your probation officer to discuss this. Good luck to you. Stay out of trouble.

Do you have a lease, if so read the terms. If not, they can terminate you for any reason on giving you notice. If you rent monthly, 30 days required.

Your best bet is to discuss this with your DHS caseworker and see what the DHS attitude is about what you want. Also ask when the next Court date is scheduled, and tell them you want to be there. Q: my 14 yr old is being charged with a felony for possession schedule 1 in school. what kind of trouble is he looking at?

This is his 1st offense except for a few fights in school which he either got suspended or ISS. the petition states to make him a ward of the court and committed to the care, custody, and control of such persons or institutions as the court deems just and proper. what does that mean?

No clue why he'd be charged with a felony. As of July 1, 2017, that offense is a misdemeanor. Hire an attorney who knows the law.
