Q: Hi. So I have a question. If I tell someone to kill themselves and then they actually do it, will I face police trouble?

Like not them making an attempt like if they full on kill themself. Will I face charges?

I'm sorry to hear all that you and your mother have gone through. I recommend you hire a probate litigator to assist either you or your mother. This does not appear to be a wrongful death case.

There probably is, but it would be time consuming to find those few who do. That said, you do not need an Oregon attorney, you need an AZ one that does wrongful death. Just do a Google search for wrongful death attorney in the closest bigger city and then make some calls.

I don't believe so. If a worker is injured they should be guided by their insurer and not give statements.

Q: What if you had an infection prior to having surgery that why surgery was performed

This is reguarda to an answer I got my mom had the infection in her elbow prior to having the surgery is because of the infection the surgery was done then the doctor left guaze in the wound which cause the infection to get worse

Q: My father passed away 2 days after being released from the hospital from gall bladder surgery. No autopsy was performed

Death certificate states he died from anxiety and gall bladder surgery. He was only 60 years old. Without an autopsy can a wrongful death or medical malpractice be persued?

I believe a family member can request or demand an autopsy. (The family may need to pay for the autopsy.) This is something that should be done right away.
