Your girlfriend is in the best position to advocate to reform her employment agreement as she sees fit, unless you also are an attorney and advocate that she has retained to negotiate on her behalf. Q: Can my boss watch my coworkers and I in the parking lot while he is off duty?

He does this often and has even sent me a picture that he took of me while he was watching for 15 minutes without my knowledge

In short, yes. Your expectation of privacy is diminished when you are in public, and in plain view. Your privacy rights are greater when you are in your home or other private locations. If you wish to socialize with your coworkers in private, I would suggest you choose another location.

Q: Someone filed a false complaint against me at work, an investigation was started 15 weeks ago, I'm still employed.

I don't see this as an employment law question. If you cannot afford to enlist private legal assistance, you may wish to investigate other resources that might include law enforcement if you suspect there is elder abuse being committed.

For your own peace of mind, you might be looking for a new live/work situation. A restraining order will likely necessitate exceptions to allow for incidental contact at work/home and may be of little help to you.

Depends on your school and board of ed policy. Your innocent until proven guilty so it makes sense to get an attorney who has experience in those types of matters, and handles cases before the judges in the county where the court will be sitting to represent you.

Q: Overtime at hospital is done by non rotating seniority list. Besides being unfair can someone sue the union?

Speak to your union rep and the attorney that is provided by your union. If necessary, take your agreement and meet privately with an employment lawyer.
