Q: TDCJ inmate dies in custody and the body was creamated. Why didnt the family get an explanation of the death and why

Q: My dog attacked two people that entered my finced in yard, now my dog/baby is dead from 5 gunshot wounds what can I do

I was told by law inforcement to take my dog to vet for quarantine but both veterans in my town said the was booked up with no room but told the officer they had room and was waiting on me to bring my dog, now my dog is dead from retaliation I know who killed my dog what can I do about it?

Q: Is there a way to get a police report for a body found in 1985? My dads murder has never been solved.

I have the autopsy but would like to know if I can even obtain police records.

Contact the police and ask . It may be in cold cases You may also ask a new station to run your cold case.

I need to know if I can file a lawsuit against the hospital who turned my 17 year old daughter away while she was in a cardiac arrest for she arrived at a later hospital and she died a minute after she arrived parents were never notified until after her death

I assume you are talking about cancer. Someone would have to review the medical records to determine if you failed to receive good medical care,

It has been too long for a criminal conviction because there is a 10 year period specified by the statute of limitations for theft from an estate. See: Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 12.01(2)(A)

You can focus on finding a civil attorney for the wrongful death / personal injury case. Just let the county District Attorney's office know that your mother passed away. That office will handle the Robbery case. You don't need a private attorney to prosecute the criminal case.
