Q: How do i get title to my deceased ex-husbands truck that has been in my back yard since 2016?

I would like to give it to a church member to maybe repair and drive, however title is in deceased ex-husbands name. Can court can bypass DMV and issue me a title, or is there a better way of going about this?

You may be able to terminate the lease. However, it appears you likely need to provide a notice to cure under the statute and thereafter you may be able to exercise your right to termination of the lease and/or rent abatement.
