Q: I lost a civil case and would like to pay my judgement. Can I make the payment directly to the winning parties lawyer?

While that is probably adequate, you could take a minute or two to contact the law firm in writing (email will do) and request instructions on how to make payment. It's likely they'll advise you to proceed as you outlined in your post, but this way, you'll be certain. Good luck

Q: Is it possible to sue former employer for lost wages after he refuses to complete paperwork to get my plumbing license?

He paid for my school and agreed verbally to sponsor me to get my plumbing license. Seven years later he’s refusing to fill out the apprenticeship certification for me. Is it possible to sue for lost wages for what I would have been making as a licensed master plumber?

Unless the municipality can show that there was an emergency situation which required immediate attention, the municipal officials can not enter your premises without your permission.

As a cosigner, you are fully responsible for the debt. Age or state of health is no defense. If a judgment is entered against you, it is a valid lien for 20 years. You may be able to have the debt discharged by filing in bankruptcy. Speak to an attorney with bankruptcy experience,

Q: Can I sue a General Agency for terminating my contract and violating the terms of the contract?
