Several factors can apply but most information posted on the web is public and you have no right to privacy for most public information. If you need more specific information you will need to take an appointment with a lawyer which most will charge you for.

Best to ask your public defender, because we don't know the facts of your case, which you should never post online or your prior history which are all important in determining what result you will get. But you face up to 180 days in jail, loss of your drivers license for 6 months, probation... View More

You need to immediately hire a good lawyer your looking at possible jail, loss of your drivers license for at least 6 months and fines. Q: Would the violation of municipal ordinance 271-1A Loitering be consider a moral turpitude issue?

I was told no. This is a Brick TWP. Municipal code is an extension of a curfew violation. An example of Loitering 1A would be, The front of or in the neighborhood of any store, shop, restaurant, luncheonette, tavern or other place of business without limitation.

You probably need to go to the court and get a certified disposition in most cases but you should not be doing this yourself, you should hire a lawyer to do this for you, or at least advise you on what is proper to be done.

If you put alcohol in the bottle it was no longer sealed it was an open container under the law. Because you have not given a violation number we cannot tell you the penalties you face and what can be done. That being said if it is a 2C charge you bugged problem is not the fine but possible jail... View More
