Yes you can do a blood test if you wish, but they will probably make an arrest and take you to station to do the tests at the station. You can refuse all tests but then you will be charged with a Refussal, then they can still do a forced Blood Draw with a warrant.

This is a DV case - domestic violence for sure, you may want to call the police and report this. not sure about grand theft and who owns the car need more facts- but you are a victim and should call the police to report all this and make a record of it with them. Take Care.

It is best to error on the side of safety and not stay beyond the 30 grace period, that way you raise no issues and take no chances if you can make plans from now.

Not sure of your question if you are asking for money or to correct the problem, you should bring the forged document issue to your divorce attorney to raise in court before the judge. Might not be able to get money from your wife in a civil suit is your divorce still pending or issued and final.

Please contact an attorney as soon as possible, an experienced attorney can work with the bail company. It is important to get a list of all the charges before he goes to court to do a bail bond hearing and maybe reduce the bail amount.

Yes normally the police will run an ID Check when they ask you for name and ID to check for warrants.

It is a civil matter- if not paid it goes through civil collections, the standards are different than those in a criminal case. DA - reject and a not guilty are two different results from a criminal case.

You need to walk the case on, that means go to court at 8am stand in line to have them pull your case file and sent to a courtroom to see a judge. You can hire an attorney to go with you if you want or you can do this yourself.

Maybe file a small claims court (without an attoney) and get your day in court, not sure of the value of a case, since CA pay for dog (pets) as property, maybe that is why the previous attorney said it is not worth the cost of hiring an attorney.
