The questions were rumor based, they had nothing to do with school. My daughter is 14 yrs old. Is there any legal I can or should take against this?

There’s probably no legal action to be had but you might want to discuss this matter with the counselors school superiors.
New GM showed me a bag with sexual toys and said I could have them and started playing with them, then brought some to work to give me, and gave me alcohol and led to other things. Is this sexual harassment? Also the new AGM gave me quite a few long hugs

This individual should first make a written report of the instances of harassment to the company's HR department. If corrective action is not taken after this, this individual can next file a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

I did not give consent for them to audio record me and it isn’t posted at the workplace anywhere. Do I have grounds for suing ?
Crime occured 15 years ago, victim just disclosed the abuse. Abuse includes fondling on 2 occasions no additional sexual attempts.

You have two separate issues: 1) a possible sexual harassment case and 2) an eviction. Unless you have a lease on the space, they can ask you to leave anytime with reasonable notice.

You have to file a petition for dissolution of marriage and have it served on him by certified mail restricted delivery, sheriff or special bailiff. Once that is done, you will have full access to the court.
