Q: Sold my vehicle last year(I have bill of sale)& buyer never registered it & acrewed 3 no insurance tickets in the it.

I since have had my license suspended and an sr-22 put on me because of the buyers failure to transfer the title in their name or register it. Why do I have to pay for their mistakes.

I hit someone’s vehicle and I didn’t realize till I reviewed some footage the next day so i go back and give them my information but the cop that was on scene still gave me a ticket for a hit and run what should I do I tried doing the right thing but it still came back to hurt me

Q: I was just issued a traffic citation for driving without a license, on probation, what should i tell my PO

Also am i likely to recieve a probation violation for this? The officer i was pulled over by said i should have nothing but a small fine to pay, this is my first traffic violation and would be my first probation violation, is it likely my probation officer would let me off with a warning?

Many other factors will determine outcome. You are on probation for what? You have a license but did not have it with you? Your license is suspended? All have differing results. Q: I have a hold on my drivers license from the state of KS. This was 22 years ago. All the charges have been dismissed.
