If the authorities refuse to do anything, you, on your own, still can ask the judge to hold your ex in contempt of court. File a motion and ask for a hearing.

He could pay what he thinks is owed, and also send them, along with the payment, another request for a clear explanation of all they are asking for. Either they will let the issue drop or send him the requested accounting.

You should ask your bankruptcy attorney to be sure, but you probably wouldn't get in trouble with the IRS or the bankruptcy court.

A criminal defendant does not plead guilty alone; he or she does so at a court hearing at which the judge decides whether the plea should be accepted. If the judge decides that, for whatever reason, the plea should not be accepted, then a trial would probably be scheduled.

Florida doesn't recognize "common law marriages", so one cannot file in court for dissolution of one. Custody of children born of such relationships would be determined by actions for child custody. Division of jointly held real property would be done by actions for partition.
