That is never going to work. A primary residence cannot be placed in an LLC. An LLC must have 3 members or more for it to be a valid legal entity. Q: I purchased a home in 2013 nj. I am now trying to sell the house but found that the prior owner failed to get permits

Cont: for converting a garage into a 5th bedroom and also did so with knowing he only had a 4 bedroom septic tank. Is there any recourse I could employ against my inspection company at the time for failing to provide this information to me?

Q: Under the “Full Faith and Credit” clause, why are medical licenses required for different states,unlike drivers licenses

It would seem to me that if the Full Faith and credit clause requires that drivers licenses are recognized state to state that the same would be true for professional licenses.

States are able to enact their own laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. Full faith and credit does not supersede all types of state laws.

Q: Why must I continue to pay Child support if my daughter moved out from home and is working and paying rent?
