IF SO THAT WAS AN OFFER AND YOUR CASHING IT WAS AN ACCEPTANCE, THUS COMPLETING THE CONTRACT.

The cases were clearly combined up until dismissal. However the same charge that shows the dismissal also lists the additional warrant.

The issue, in my opinion, is whether you can find a lawyer to accept the case on a contingency. That means the lawyer would not get paid unless the case settles/goes to trial with a verdict for you.
