Q: is There any type of legal document or court order to make my wife or Chase Bank transfer house money to my account

My wife and I recently sold our FW house. Because of my credit, my name was not on house purchase. Tax’s, anything. When we sold realtor had me sign and initial all selling paperwork, knowing I wasn’t even list on home.

I’ll assume the home was purchased after marriage. In that case it is community property regardless of whether your name is on the loan. It does not matter about the vehicle you were in being uninsured as to whether you can recover your damages from the responsible party.

Please get an attorney as soon as possible to ascertain your legal obligations and duties. You can be responsible for supporting the child if in fact it is your child. You have a right to a DNA test do it. Good luck.

Look at your order for the due date. Follow that. It should state the exact date that it is due. To be on the safe side pay be that date.

Look at the order that was signed by the judge when you went to the child support court. It should also have some details about your visitation rights. Good luck.

Q: I been paying my child support but it hasn't been motified in 10 years so now im worried i could owe back child support

Ive never been behind or late on my support but i been trying to take the mother to court to enforce visitations but im worried they will tell me i have to pay back child support because the original order was made back in 2008 and hasn’t been motified since then and i do make more money now.

Plus he hasn't put his correct name on the birth certificate , for example he's a jr.but the birth certificate has the IV and he won't correct it

The fact that your son is not supporting his child should not affect your right to assert as a grandparent.

Search the county records in San Antonio for the marriage license and the district clerk records in that county for the divorce records.

You should absolutely assert your rights to see your child. Sadly, you'll have to pay an attorney to do so.
